WEDDINGS & EVENTS
Full day packages (8 hours or more) include two photographers and your download of edited wedding images, starting at $3200. I offer several different options, so if you need more or less coverage, contact me and we can discuss.
Hourly event coverage is also available; inquire for more information.
PORTRAITS
Sessions include families, newborns, pets, seniors, engagements, head-shots and professional branding, ranging from $300-$650 and up. Range of travel includes locations within an hour of Schenectady; for locations outside of this area, additional fees apply.
Full Session

DETAILS
Investment: The session fee is due upon booking and is the only means to reserve a time-slot. A portion of $150 is held as a nonrefundable retainer. I strive to be flexible but ask at least 24 hours notice for cancellations to avoid a $50 rebooking fee. Sessions may be rescheduled in the case of inclement weather. A new session date will be scheduled to take place within 60 days of the original date; otherwise, additional fees may be required as rates may change. No-shows will forfeit their entire session fee with no reschedule date available.
Editing: All chosen images include basic skin retouching, color/contrast adjustment, and color conversion by request (i.e. black & white). Advanced edits, such large object removal, braces removal, or head swaps may require additional editing fees. Quotes vary depending on request. All orders must be submitted and purchased online. No part of any order will be delivered until full payment is received. No verbal orders can be accepted.
Delivery: Your online proofing gallery will be available for 14 days. After you submit your selections, your images will be edited and delivered via download, sized to 8x12 for easy storage (printable to 11x14 without quality loss), with print rights for personal use.
SESSIONS
Family
Depending on the season, sessions book 1-2 months in advance. To get the most from your investment, be mindful of when you schedule your session, especially for little ones. It is strongly recommended to NOT schedule your session under the following conditions: extreme weather (hot, cold or wet); days of field trips or heavy activity; days of doctor appointments (immunizations), or immediately following illness. Sessions are scheduled 1-2 hours prior to sunset whenever possible.
Engagement
An engagement session offers a fabulous opportunity to become acquainted without the frenzied constraints of time and structure found on the wedding day. During your session, we get to know one another, yielding a familiarity that adds value to your wedding day. I learn what works for you, and you get a sense of how to pose yourself in a natural way. You also get to keep a polished collection of sweet images of you as a couple in settings and attire different from your wedding, which is so much better than those slightly out-of-focus selfies that become lost on your phone!
Couples often schedule sessions to take place in a favorite season and/or location that is meaningful to them. For save-the-dates, at least 6 months prior to the wedding is recommended. Sessions are scheduled usually weekday evenings, 60-90 minutes prior to sunset.
Maternity
Belly sessions are so special! My style is organic and casual, rather than formal or sultry. Sessions are best scheduled at 32-36 weeks, to allow for comfort, potential reschedules and possible early deliveries. Locations may include outdoors or in-home. Props are welcome to personalize your session. Also available are announcement sessions and gender reveals, most often booked as Short Sessions.
Newborn and Baby
Babies, babies, babies! For newborns, I strive to remain flexible to accommodate early and late arrivals; therefore, only a limited number of sessions are booked per month. For this reason, expectant parents are encouraged to secure their newborn sessions in advance of the birth, either in the second trimester or early in the third trimester to guarantee availability. Sessions are scheduled to take place within 10-14 days of birth (5-7 is ideal) and may be adjusted if baby arrives early or late. If you miss this window, you may want to wait until about 3 months or until baby can hold up his/her head, as you will get much more variety. Newborn sessions typically last 1-2 hours to allow ample time for soothing and feeding.
Sitter Sessions are usually scheduled around 6-7 months, when baby can sit alone, unassisted. First Birthday Sessions may be split into two short sessions — an indoor, climate controlled birthday session (with or without a cake-smash), and an outdoor family session during warmer weather. Packages are available to include a collection of these sessions at a discounted rate.
Pets and Their People
Pets are family, too, and I love the bond shared between them and their people. I have photographed many foster pups available for adoption, as well as, beloved pets as they neared the end of their journey. Whether you wish to capture your cherished companion alone or with you, I offer special Short Sessions that are intended to document the special connection you share.
Professional
Headshot options include head-and-shoulder, in-studio, on-location, formal and informal. Branding sessions may include product shots, customer relations and/or reenactments.
